1. Seller and contact details
The website is operated by Dedalo Ceramiche Srl, Via Radici in Piano 552, 41049 Sassuolo (MO), Italy. For orders, delivery and withdrawal: info@dedaloceramiche.com.
2. Orders, prices and payments
These terms apply to distance purchases. The order is concluded when the customer receives email confirmation. Prices, taxes, discounts and delivery charges are those shown before final confirmation. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery times and methods
Products are normally delivered within 5–15 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Timing varies according to destination, availability, quantity and product characteristics.
Delivery is made by courier. Charges include handling, packaging and transport and are shown before confirmation. Collection from our premises, where available, is free and must be arranged in advance.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of taking physical possession. The decision must be communicated by an explicit statement to info@dedaloceramiche.com, preferably stating name, order number, products and contact details.

Goods must be intact, suitably packaged and complete. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer. For heavy, fragile or bulky goods, contact Dedalo Ceramiche first.
5. Refunds and exceptions
Following valid withdrawal, payments received, including standard delivery costs, are refunded within 14 days. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.
Withdrawal does not apply in the cases under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, including made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods.
6. Warranty, complaints and support
Rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity remain unaffected. Non-conformity, visible damage or order issues must be reported promptly to info@dedaloceramiche.com with the order number and, where useful, photographs.
